6/1 - Owning Your Inner Creatrix with Reta + Sound Meditation with Tiffany
Reta will guide us in empowerment and mindset activitations to explore our conditioning and limiting beliefs as a way to access our highest self while Tiffany will guide us through sound healing to nurture our inner wisdom and connect to the frequency of sound.

Shonna will guide us on a journey of Earth energy embodiment through the Indigenous medicine of cacao and using crystals.

6/15 | The Masterpiece Is You with Adriane
Adriane will guide us through a therapeutic arts exercise and meditation that supports us in getting to know and heal our inner child through creative expression.

6/22 | Summer of Self-Love with Ace
Ace will lead us in somatic movement and help us to vocalize so that we can encourage creative expression and channel our emotions using holistic mind-body connection approach.

6/29 | Creating from a Blank Slate with Bianca + Sound Meditation with Tiffany
Bianca will guide us through traditional Kundalini and Vedic breath work to ignite our intuition while Tiffany closes out our time together with another beautiful sound healing journey.

Reta helps the community forge stronger connections with themselves, each other, and their intuition through intimacy, mindset work and empowerment exercises. Her approach involves exploring and understanding our conditioning and limiting beliefs as a means to access our higher selves.
She is a certified yoga instructor, meditation and life coach with several trainings and certifications under her belt. She also provides a wealth of knowledge in how to lead a female-centered lifestyle focusing on the 28-day infradian rhythm.

Ace supports the community by facilitating a holistic mind-body connection. She is a certified yoga instructor, reiki master, owner of I AM Candle Collection and created the I AM FREE workshops—featuring yoga, meditation, and intention setting.
Her approach encourages creative expression by using movement and vocalization as a means to channel emotions and thought patterns.
SHONNA

Shonna supports our community by educating us on the importance and history of the Indigenous medicine of cacao and how we can use it as medicine for the soul.
Her journey started as a NBA dancer. She later found herself pulled into the wellness world through reiki and hypnotherapy completing an apprenticeship in 2017.
She also brings the element of crystal education and intentional ritual, inviting us to cultivate a connection to the nurturing energy of Mother Earth.

Bianca's offerings are rooted in the Vedic and Kundalini traditions of the Himalayas. She is a certified breath work facilitator and creative entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience as a public speaker/host. She’s the Founder of WIPP Wellness, a brand that focuses on digital content and large scale events for women.
Her unique approach to breathwork and meditation supports the community in connecting to our inner being and igniting our intuition.

Adriane supports the community in connecting to our inner child through creative expression and therapeutic arts, such as painting, drawing, and other art forms.
She is a talented artist, certified meditation teacher, designer and creative coach.
She encourages us to let go of self-judgment and criticism in order to use creativity as a powerful tool for healing.

Tiffany centers her offerings on the principle of UNITY, which is both inspiring and invigorating. She is certified Yin Yoga teacher and Sound Meditation facilitator.
This Latina’s approach is characterized with an emphasis on card readings, restorative yoga, and sound healing as pathways towards nurturing our truest and most authentic selves.
